Like most people, when I go to buy a product, I generally would prefer to hear what an existing customer or owner of the product is experiencing rather than a list of technical information. That’s why we conduct regular case studies with our customers so you can take their word for it!

If you are a new customer and would like EWT to record your customer journey with us we would love to do so. Please contact our office where you can arrange your installation, we will then take “before water softener” pictures and ask a few questions on the current water quality in your home. Within a couple of months we will be in contact to come over and take the “after pictures” and conduct a quick survey usually taking an hour in total.
